The Telegraaf Hotel is housed in an elegant 19th century building, which was once an exchange station for the Estonian Telegraph company and transferred vital messages across the Iron Curtain during the Soviet era. The classical interior has been sensitively restored and remodelled. The 86 fully carpeted guestrooms, spread over six floors, feature rich, warm toned walls, complemented by crisp bed linen and modern and period-style furnishings. All the rooms are clean and well maintained, as are the en suite bathrooms.
